About Me
I am originally from a small town in western Minnesota. I graduated from the University of Minnesota - Crookston, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Industries Management/Horticulture with an emphasis in Landscape Design.
After moving to Duluth in the fall of 2004, in less than a day I fell in love with this city. I knew I had found home! I have a genuine appreciation for Duluth, and all the wonderful things it has to offer.
I have over 12 years of experience in the service industry.
Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked for a privately owned investment company as the branch office administrator, and a well known financial institution. This previous experience has given me a multitude of valuable skills that has enhanced my professional career, and outlook, in the real estate industry. A home can be one of the largest, and most important, investments you will make. In addition to this, there are many people and processes behind the scenes involved with buying and selling a home. Having an experienced professional by your side is essential.
My passion for real estate arose when I purchased and renovated my 1st home, which enabled me to utilize my skills & education to enhance a home's interior & exterior curb appeal.
I am a motivated real estate professional who is driven
to building lifelong relationships with my clients, and willing to help them through the many essential steps towards homeownership.
On a personal note, I was recently married to my husband Jon, whom I met here in Duluth!
I am from a large and wonderful family. I grew up on a farm, where I learned firsthand the importance of a hard work ethic! A handful of my hobbies include: photography, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, camping, canoeing, and snow shoeing.
